This is our 707 condo in Tower IV of the South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community with walking paths throughout. We are located right on Marco's crescent beach. Our condo is fully equipped and has many extras for your comfort. We try hard to make it just like home.

We have an expansive 32' balcony that overlooks the pool and beach. Our home is fully stocked with linens, beach supplies and a generously equipped kitchen.

Our condo is remodeled and up to date. We are upgraded to Fiber Optics for high speed wireless password protected internet access. Our television is connected through the Fiber Optic network for excellent high definition television viewing. We have a DVR so our guests can record their favorite programs and still be able to go out and enjoy the evening. Each bedroom also had HD connections for the TV.

We email important info before you arrive so you know exactly what you do when you arrive. We include info on local restaurants, things to do, helpful urls, info on how and where to register once you arrive, a map of the area and how you get your keys.

We use a licensed rental agency located on the Island so you can be sure that your rental is secure and not have to worry about your rental. It also gives you someone to contact that is local (right down the street) in case you need help or have any reason to call because of a Win the condo. They are very responsive and can get repair people out very fast.
