The guest house is a 1/1 (full), just off the pool with, a refrigerator and TV. The Summer kitchen and bar by the pool, with seating for 4, completes the perfect outdoor space! The covered lanai area, just off the pool area, can be accessed from the house as well and is the perfect spot for outdoor dining!

The entire property is fenced (pet friendly) and has covered parking for one (inside the fence). There is additional free parking in front of the house on the street. Kim's Kuban is a two minute walk and Garrison Bite for fishing charters, Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores, pharmacy and countless restaurants and stores are just around the corner!
